Ottima posizione , nonstante il quartiere la tranqullità massima.
Mezzi pubblici a pochi passi, cosi come le maggiori attrazioni.
Forse eccessivo il costo a notte, ma è pur sempre Parigi.

Conveniently located for metro and restaurants, within easy reach of some of the Paris monuments and well known attractions. e.g. the Louvre and Grand Palais.

Walk wherever possible as Paris is the most beautiful city ,and can best be appreciated on foot. Around every corner is a surprise, we never cease to be seduced by its beauty.

Located within minutes of RER, Metro and Batobus stations the Du Levant hotel is ideally placed for easy connection to all parts of Paris. A friendly hotel with character and charm. This was our 10th stay and most of the staff from our first visit are still working at the hotel and keeping their standards high. The lively latin quarter is literally on the doorstep, although those seeking fine dining would be advised to walk a few hundred yards into St Germain de Prés to escape the tourist fare.

Try to visit Paris over the first weekend in the month as admission to museums is free to everyone (queues can be long but move quickly). Chartiers on Rue Montmarte (Grands Boulevards metro) is lively, reasonably priced and fun. Make time to stroll around one of the many parks or gardens (Palais de Luxembourg is especially good). Watch out for pickpockets and beggars who 'find' lost wedding rings on the path in front of you, don't let them spoil your pleasure in a truly great city.

Perfect location! A 2 minute walk to St. Michel station RER to de Gaulle. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A basic breakfast was free, but offered no daily variations. Also, the free WiFi was problematic. From the 5th floor, I received a very weak signal. I had no problems with email, but some critical sites, like airlines, I could not open. Downloads were virtually impossible. I will stay there many times again. Great value.

Walk everywhere within reason, book in advance for popular tourist sites to avoid the queues and alternate adult days with child days as there's plenty to do for both. Above all - speak French (or at least try!)

This is a hotel where all is value of recommendation for who don´t want to expend too much. The location is excellent, the staff is very kind indeed (not easy to find this in Paris) and the rooms are nicely decorated (although small for singles).

Hôtel bien situé, dans un quartier bien animé
(les chambres sont quand même calmes ). Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et les moyens de locomotion sont tout près . C'est déjà la 4ème fois que nous y séjournons et ce ne sera pas la dernière .
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un petit peu plus copieux ( c'est seulement un bout de baguette et un croissant ! ).

The staff is very kind, hard to find nowadays. Breakfast very good, they didn't run out of anything. The elevator is too small to I would rather take the escalators.

If you are going to stay in the city 4 days or more and you are going to use the sub to the airport, you should buy the special metro ticket for less than 50 Euros, it is much cheaper than buy the individual tickets.

Second stay at this hotel. Selected upgraded room this time; only difference was the size of the bathroom and a larger bed (king vs. double). Good bed. Noisier than remembered, both inside and out. Breakfasts more than ample. Very handy location. Not luxurious, but not bad.

Check museum & shop opening times carefully. Even some Internet info turned out to be inaccurate. IMHO, ideal timing for trip is to leave on Mondays, since many places are closed or open late on that day.
