The room was very clean with interesting decor. New bathroom wih nice products. The location was perfect- romantic/scenic. Television had English channels.

We were very pleased with our stay but would only comment the room we stayed in for 2 adults was slightly too small.

Beautiful, cozy 17th century building; accommodating, amazing staff; you can't get a better deal for the price you pay; right in the heart of Paris; I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Awesome city to visit for the sights and the shopping. Learn at least a little French; they will be very appreciative. Get to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and big sights early; if you wait until after 10 am, you'll be in huge lines. We got there around 9 am and got right in.

Hotel de Lutece has a wonderful location and is guite charming. The staff was most courtous, helpful and kind. It is about a ten minute walk from Notre-Dame. The surrounding neighborhood has everything one could want. There are many great restaurants, wine shop, bakery and many stores for shopping. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wear comfortable shoes. To really experience Paris, you should walk. And if your feet are hurting, you may miss some of the incredible beauty of the city.

I would choose this hotel every time I traveled to Paris without question. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of great little shops and restaurants literally a few feet away. Notre Dame is a 1 minute walk down the street. The rooms are on the small side, but who comes to Paris to stay in their room. The bathrooms are fantastic and the staff is wonderful, especially Celine. For the location, comfort, and helpful staff, you cannot get a better deal for your money.

My sister and I came for a week-long vacation and we thoroughly planned out each day's itinerary of what we wanted to see and do. Learn the metro and RER, they're a godsend. Also, when you get off the trains and out of the stations, know how to get to where you want to go, it saved us considerable time. Everyone we encountered was friendly; it helped that we tried to speak French first before automatically asking them if they spoke English. Learn the basics. Great city and great people.

The hotel de Lutèce is in a great location and was very charming. The room is the smallest I have experienced. We only booked two nights. Staff were very accommadating and helpful. I appreciate Laurent and Thierry. We did not meet Reem. Beds were "average."

Bel hôtel bien situé, accueil agréable, chambre au 5ème avec jolie vue sur les toits de Paris.
Petit regret : la chambre est un peu étroite alors que la salle de bains est superbe et spacieuse.

Beautiful with high ceilings and antique beams --located on the Ile St. Louis -- the most charming location in Paris -- centrally located -- will stay there again.

The position of the hotel de Lutece is perfect for any traveller who wants to observe & absorb the elegant, magnificent & charismatic Paris that we dream about! Close by restaurants/cafes/bars, patisserie, delicatessen etc. Friendly atmosphere both on the 'street' & in the hotel.

Do not try to see & do everything...plan each day for one district, best to walk & have spontaneous moments of discovery! Take time to just sit & 'live' Paris among the Parisians.
An easy city to get around..I am 67, travel alone & loved every experience of my week in Paris.

When we booked the room did not look like a little attic room, we understood they had a balcony. Room suitable for 1 person. We know rooms in Paris small as we have stayed in other hotels.

This is a small hotel, ideally located, with excellent service. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and I will return again, someday.

Stay as close to the river Seine as possible. Most of the attractions and are there. The Opera district can be reached by subway or taxi, but the beauty is near the water.

What a delightful, welcoming place to call home even if just for one night. Staying on the island is so special and staying here made it even better! The lobby was very inviting, beds comfy, bathroom perfect and updated and the staff was very helpful and knew English. Thanks!

This hotel is a good value with nice rooms, modern bathrooms and it is very clean with a comfortable sitting area in the lobby and a nice, although tiny, breakfast room. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. It provides easy access to transportation and also has several good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend it highly!
