A gem for us...and a must stay for any paris trip. We actually stay most of our trip at a friends' flat, but we fell so in love with Hotel Lenox St.Germain that we booked our last two days in Paris there.

If this isn't your first time, or even it is - take some time to visit the non-tourist areas of Paris. We also try not to use the metro that much and relied on our Paris moleskin and our City Walks cards to really discover new areas. If you're not afraid of a bit of rain now and then, walking in Paris in the fall is fabulous.

Great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to friends (I have already done so).

Think seriously about staying in this area, left bank. It is quiet but close to everything you want. Avoid touristy restaurants. Try to speak a little French. Be polite. And you will be greeted very warmly and have an awesome time.

Staff were very helpful. Our room was small but that is what we expected. It was extremely clean and the shower was first rate. Best of all was the position of the hotel - so close to restaurants, bars and sights like Musee D'Orsay.

We found the Hôtel Lenox Saint Germain perfect. Wonderful location, charming room with excellent modern bathroom, great reception and staff. We couldn't want anywhere better in Paris. Highly reccommended. We will return.

The Hotel Lenox Saint-Germain is comfortable and quiet.
Central location we were able to walk to most of our destinations.
Helpful and discreet staff - there when needed but not over-intrusive.
Wonderful lounge...!
Vos astuces à Paris
Impossible to define - every one's needs and interests are different.
But we enjoyed being able to walk along the river quais to Notre Dame on our first evening; to find such a choice of eating and drinking venues nearby; and our discoverey was the Institute du Monde Arabe - walking distance.

A very charming Deco hotel with friendly and helpful staff who speak English. The room was nice but a little on the small side.
Overall very nice but a little pricey.

Eating out in the St Germain district is very expensive. A two course meal for two with one bottle of wine came to a hundred pounds and wasn't that great. Do your research to find a decent place before you go.

Very clean, very convenient, very quiet, very small rooms, convenient to the Metro. We did not eat breakfast or go to the bar for drinks there, but chose instead to walk a couple of blocks and eat/drink at the cafes on Rue St Germaine near the Metro stop.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. We heard about it from the Eyewitness tour guide. Also the staff at the front desk were all exceedingly friendly.

This was our first trip to Paris, and hopefully won't be our last. The Staff at the Hotel Lenox were outstanding, very helpful and informative. The hotel's central location was ideal for access to all the major attractions around the City.
Vos astuces à Paris
The City of Paris is astounding, and should be slowly savoured like a good French wine, not quickly chugged down like cheap beer. Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the sites and what the city has to offer, especially the Musee du Louvre.
Leave your car at home - The Metro will get you where you need to go. Three days was only long enough to sample Paris.... the next trip is going to take a lot more vacation time.

Hotel was nice, roomy and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Close to the Siene and all of the sites. We left our cell phone in our room and the hotel sent it to us without delay. Very thankful to them.
