This was a business trip and the hotel was close to Ecole Militaire (Military School). It is located on a nice quiet, shady street. The entrance to the subway is literally right outside the front door. The walk to the Eiffel Tower and along the Seine is absolutely wonderful.
Vos astuces à Paris
I took the train and subway from Charles De Gaulle airport. It was a wonderful feeling, once I got to the top of the subway stairs lugging my luggage, to see the hotel 50 feet away. Once you are on the subway, all of Paris is at your doorstep.

Very good location. Outside the bustling city center area but right at (100 feet away or so) a metro stop from which one can be in the center in 15 minutes. There is no restaurant (other than that used for the included breakfast, which is a good one) nor bar, but the hotel is located near a few reasonably priced small restaurants/cafes.
