This is a convenient, pleasant, friendly and good place. I have stayed here before. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is good, and the location is perfect. The rooms are small, but the bathrooms have been renovated and are excellent.

A small, friendly hotel in a beautiful setting - fall out of the front door, take a few steps & you have perfect views of Notre Dame & the Seine.

Bon hôtel, j'ai apprécié le cadre et l'accès à internet.

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il manque un peu de variété (fromages, charcuterie) il devrait être un peu plus "copieux"

Eat ice cream at Berthillons! Watch out for prices of food on Ile Saint-Louis.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It is a wonderful hotel--charming, fabulous location, exceptionally clean and the staff is terrific. Excellent value for the money.

Very friendly staff - it was cold and they made us tea at 2.30 in the morning! Unbeatable location. If arriving at Gare du Nord, take line 4 to Cite on the metro - the station is a little further away than Pont Marie but easier as you don't have to change metro lines.

Make sure you buy a carnet of metro tickets on board Eurostar to avoid very long queues at gare du Nord.

Buy books of ten metro tickets - very good value and book venues such as Eiffel tower from ticket agencies/hotel then you won't have to cue so long.
