The location on the Ile is perfect. The air conditioning worked very well and made a hot August bearable. Perhaps 13 euro for breakfast is a bit much. The free wi-fi is quite useful. The desk personnel spoke adequate English. In all a quite satisfactory stay.

It's a great location. Our room looked out on the main drag, which was fun, but expect city noise. While small, the set up was efficient and the room and ensuite 3/4 bath were clean, chic and comfortable. We were glad to have wifi after a week in the countryside. The desk staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage for several hours after we checked out which was quite convenient. We didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment on that. We would certainly recommend Deux Iles.

Love the location, in the heart of Paris on a charming street with little shops and just the right amount of activity. My single room was tiny by US standards. The double I noticed was not much larger. It was a pleasure to step out every morning into the wonderful environment of Ile St. Louis.

Tips about Paris
Paris is the most beautiful large city anywhere. I first visited in 1964, and it gets better every year. As a tourist, expect to spend twice as much as other cities because you will want what Paris has to offer, including great restaurants, cafes, and museums. Try not to buy merchandise that you could bring with you. Ordinary clothing like jeans seem overpriced.

A beautiful hotel very close to Notre Dame Cathedral. A very clean room. Small but decorated in a tastefulway. A friend recommended this hotel and I was extremely pleased with the helpful staff and the wonderful location. I will always stay at this hotel from now on when I'm in Paris.

Hotel Des Deux Iles is a great hotel in a fantastic location. We received a very friendly and courteous greeting upon arrival and found the rooms small but tremendously clean, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. The staff is so gracious and always willing to assist with questions. We put in some very long days touring Paris and loved coming back at the end of the day to the relaxing atmosphere of Ile St. Louis. So many great shops and amazing little restaurants to enjoy. Loved it!

The Metro system was so easy to use and a great way to get around the city.

On/off bus tours are a great way to continue sightseeing on days when the weather is bad.

We were thrilled with every aspect of this hotel. The staff were wonderful and friendy and the location is so excellent for exploring Paris, while still secluded and quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just one night and found the location to be perfect and the staff helpful. The room is small but clean and the bathroom was marble and recently redone. The staff was very friendly particularly the day concierge Arif. I recommend this hotel

Great location and wonderful, friendly staff. Room was small (standard for Paris)but made great use of space. Newly refurbished with flat screen TV, great AC, refrig, safe and very nice bathroom. No complaints whatsoever. We stayed nine nights and had a wonderful time.

Great location, solid hotel. I did not eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. The only problem was that the shower was too small, so I had to bring my knees to my chest to wash so that I wouldn't hit my head on something. I would stay there again.
