Comments about the hotel
Our room was small but quiet and perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The receptionist was extremely helpful to us and every other guest who made inqiries while we were present. The location near a Metro station and the shops of Bvd Saint Germain is excellent.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel, and hope to be back next year. We love the location, Rue Jacob is quiet, easy to get to metro stations, and to walk anywhere. The neighborhood is filled with good places to eat. What's not to like?

Comments about the hotel
This hotel is in a perfect location, and it is adequate. The room without elevator access is a challenge to get to if you have heavy luggage because the staircase is steep and narrow.
Tips about Paris
There are many nice restaurants very close to the hotel. I especially enjoyed City Crepes, which also serves later than many of the others in the area.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Room was nicely furnished, a bit small maybe but we did not care. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. Next time we would prefer 2 seperate sheets and blankets and normal cushions!

The staff there was very accommodating. Spoke English which was very helpful. Can walk to shopping & good restaurants. Breakfast for a fee was a great way to start the day. My husband had been there years ago,and we will return.

Friendly staff. Small cut up hotel with lots of odd room access corridors. Well located.

Fountains run at Versailles only in Summer on the weekends. National museums (Louvre etc.) closed on Tuesdays. Don't miss Vaux le Vicomte.

Very good location, cute hotel. Very nice breakfast if not a little slow. Strange pricing as we were two couples, one with a very spacious room and a bath and one with a very small room with a shower, all at the same price!

As a frequent visitor of Hôtel Des Deux Continents I had a nice room some months ago. At the back, 5th floor nicely decorated, etc. Last time , last week of October, they put me on the 4th floor, a rather shabby room, typical low key Paris and too expensive for the 355 euro I paid for two nights.

A very typical Parisien 3/4 star hotel. Small, clean rooms with wetroom. All fine. Service was polite and professional. We never ate in the hotel. Location was perfect. Recommended, although we will try another hotel in the 6eme next time.
Tips about Paris
The 6th area cannot be beaten as a base, when visiting the greatest city in the world.
