I loved the hotel and found the staff extremely friendly at all times! The hotel was gorgeous! Both my husband and I didn't speak very good french but they all spoke very good English and made us feel very welcome- I didn't want to leave! :)

This hotel was one of the highlights of our recent week long trip to France. Our room was beautifully designed and extremely clean and staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Paris on a budget but not in budget hotels; I could not fault the service we received. Thank you!

Hotel is excellently located next to the Paris Metro stop (remember to exit via Avenue Daumsnil - a mistake we made the first time as other exits are a bit further away!) It takes about 15 minutes to get into the centre from the hotel.

Beware if you are travelling on the Metro to Roissy airport that you cannot get there on a regular Metro ticket - the barriers stop you when you get there.

The overall experience, hotel location and the room itself was very nice. It was hot (30+ C) during our stay for a week, and the air in the room was quite humid (not hot though) despite the air conditioning. The local metro made some noise through the building structures every few minutes. If you are a light sleeper, you might have some trouble getting to sleep. Some hotel staff did not speak English, but people were generally nice.

Very clean and wonderful proximity to Metro. However, we could hear the trains every few minutes.

We were told our room was booked for a single although our receipt clearly showed "2", and had to pay double the booked rate for a larger room.

This hotel is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood two blocks from the Bois de Vincennes. However, it is on the edge of the city, near the Peripherique. Plan on extra commute time to the museums and landmarks.

The hotel ws fantastic much better than I was expecting after staying at other paris hotels, lots more space in room, the staff were amazing, we have booked to stay again in a couple of months. The metro is right on the doorstep (which you can hear from bedroom) all in all a great hotel
