We stayed at Hotel d'Albion for four days. During these days we got married. Our guests also stayed at the hotel. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. We were especially very satisfied with the staff and the good service they gave us. If you want a small, cosy place to stay in Paris, this must be the best choice. We will certainly come back to hotel d'Albion!

Great location, blocks from Champs Elysees, and Metro to get you anywhere in the city. Beautiful little courtyard for breakfast and relaxing. Two small markets within steps of the hotel. Rooms on the street can be a bit noisy, but hearing the Vespa's is part of the charm. Friendly helpful staff, with good English for those that need it. Plus it's just nicer to stay in a privately run hotel than to stay in another chain.

The hotel has its own car park, good value although a bit off the centree. If you do not have a car you have to use bus and Metro to get to the centre.
Breakfast is a bit basic, not enough varieties for children.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Rooms aren't very big, but they are well appointed and comfortable. It has a cute little garden courtyard where you can have your breakfast.

Get a museum pass and visit the Orangerie in the morning, avoiding the crowds (as this time is only available for tour groups and card-holders).

It is a very good and friendly hotel, in excellent location. Very suitable for city-break travelers, looking for value-for-money accommodation in the centre of Paris.

It was very clean. The front desk people were so friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to Champs Elysee and other shopping areas. It's not too commercialized.

Do research on which restaurants to take. See the website of the tourism office of Paris for more tips. Try to practice some french phrases... the locals do actually appreciate the effort of tourists in trying to communicate in french.

In walking distance to many tourist attractions. Metro is near by. Perfect location!

The hotel was being renovated during our stay so it was fairly dusty. The staff were really nice as were the owners. The hotel is located close to transportation, a number of eating and drinking establishments and easy walking distance to the Champs and other tourist destinations.

The hotel was good value for Paris. It is in the CBD area which is quiet on a weekend but surrounded by lovely restaurants.

Walk everywhere, don't take the metro except at night. There is so much to see above ground.

This hotel was great. It was a little "old" but overall the staff made it a great experience. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall a bit, but things were clean and the location was excellent for what we wanted out of our trip.

Nice and quiet during the evening...the area is HOPPING during the day mon-fri, (avoid the metro station during rush hour as this location is a hub for many workers) but very quiet again on the weekends. A nice, quiet place to come home to after a very busy day!

If you need a cab to pick you up at your hotel, and it's a small hotel, make sure you leave yourself an extra HOUR. The number of cabs in Paris is regulated and they are few and far between, especially at rush hours, and even worse in the rain. Almost missed our train to the Netherlands, but got lucky at the last minute. As a New Yorker, I'm used to cabs by the hundreds, so be forewarned. Make sure your concierge is aware of your time table so you won't be rushing like a madman to make it!

The overnight front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, though the owner who checked us in was delightful. The rooms were clean and quiet, and while the neighborhood is safe and quiet, it's sometimes too quiet. We couldn't find a decent restaurant within walking distance.

Get a daily metro pass, it's worth it. But keep your loose change, because the machines to buy the passes do not accept American credit cards or bills of any kind.

As with all places in Paris, it was very small! Taking a shower reminded me about the game Operation, try to move around the shower without touching the walls because they were so cold, you get zapped if you touch them! :) Very good location near the Champs-Élysées. The owner was super friendly and helped out whenever possible.

Figure out the subway system before you get there. It's easy once you understand it... Great place, no problems.
