This is a fantastic hotel. I would encourage anyone visiting Paris to stay here. Its in a great location (close to Notre Dame and eating establishments). The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This place is in the most adorable little neighborhood in the historic core of Paris. My boyfriend and I were able to walk to Notre Dame very quickly from here. I would have liked to have stayed in this area for more than one night. It is like being in Santa Monica at night. it seems that wealthy locals walk their pups around here and there are all these cute little boutiques. After one night here, we moved to the 7th near the eiffel tower area and it was not as quaint and homey feeling.

Excellent support provided by the front desk staff. They were friendly and gave help and directions to various locations. We think the extra bed costs of 50 euros were a bit high compared to other hotels in the street for the same situation. Overall though the location is fantastic.

Wonderful location. Great helpful staff. Close to Rue Cler (wonderful restaurants and shops) and the metro.

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé car central ! Il a beaucoup de cachet avec son escalier en colimaçon et sa salle de déjeuner dans une voûte.
Notre chambre avait un petit balcon mais était TRÈS petite. Salle de bain minuscule mais rénovée. TV petit et ancien modèle. Je retournerais sur l'île Saint-Louis pour une chambre plus grande. Wifi excellent mais il faut réinitialiser aux 30 minutes !

We have stayed at Hotel Saint-Louis several times over the past 15 years. The staff is very informative and helpful. This hotel is very well located and most tourists will be able to walk to any attraction from here. There are also 2 metro stops close by.

Tips about Paris
The Latin Quarter is our favorite arrondisment. It's a lovely walk from the hotel and has many terrific restaurants. Out personal favorite is "Fish". I do suggest making a reservation.

While we have only stayed at the Hotel St. Louis during our last 2 trips, we hope to stay at the hotel on all future trips to Paris. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of paris and has an excellent staff.
