The interior of the rooms is really cute and very "old-Paris-like", but its also really small. You have a private bathroom (with tub and shower "two-in-one". The shower head was not to fix above, that's a little bit uncomfortable), also very cramped.
The staff is very friendly and present all night long. The Hotel is situated just beside Metro-station "Place des Abbesses", the fabulous Boulangerie "Coquelicot" and a lot of other very nice Cafés, Bars and Bistros.

Ideal location in heart of Montmatre. Hotel was great: staff helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the costs reasonable for Paris. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again. Only thing I would say is if room overlooking Rue de Abbesses, although has great views, can be bit noisy at night, but well worth it to be overlooking the street.

L'Hôtel Regyn's est singulier et accueillant, avec un ambiance charmant et un service délicat, et reste sur une place magique (Place des Abbesses). J'ai aimé cet hôtel!

The location of the hotel is great with regards to public transport. Metro access is literally within 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Montmartre and the immediate vicinity have a nice atmosphere. The view on Paris, in particular on the Eiffel tower, is definitely nice, but not as spectacular as you would expect. The breakfast is OK, but not what I would expect from a hotel in terms of quality. There is actually a bakery/bistro around the corner which we recommend above the hotel breakfast.

Tips about Paris
Transport: get a Navigo pass for public transport within Paris, it's very convenient; also, try the Batobus as a means of transport.

Sightseeing: Louvre, Angelina's tea room (best hot chocolate in Paris!), Pere la chaise cemitary (Piaf,Chopin, Jim Morrisson), Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomph.
Make sure you plan enough time to visit the Louvre, otherwise you will miss a lot! Also, even though Paris has excellent Metro connections, still be prepared to walk a lot!

We can recommend the brasserie "le Dürer". It is only 100feet from the hotel and has very delicious french food for the best price.

Beautiful location in Montmatre. Amazing views from top floors. Room small but adequate for short stay. Windows double glaxed but no air conditioning so choice of hot or noisy. But street noise was moderate.

Regyn's Montmartre is a very small, but cute & comfortable hotel. The rooms are small, but ít's Paris, where rooms in this location and with this budget aren't big. Ever. Additionally the rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are very good. The bathroom is of course also small and you can see that it's located in an old building. But it's got everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. And last but not least, they have an elevator.

Tips about Paris
The first Sunday of the month the entrance to the Louvre Museum is free. The lines to enter the museum are long, but move very fast. The bad side of this is that the museum is packed and it's very hard to enjoy the art. The crowd attending the museum is HUGE and it's not nice having to push and be pushed just to get a glimpse of Mona and co.

bring tripod and take night photos, very nice city.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Subway exit is just front of the hotel. Walking to Montmartre, Sacre-Coeur or Moulin Rouge takes only few minutes. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff is very helpful and kind.
Room was quite small but clean and we got clean towels everyday.
