We actually stayed 14Jul-23Jul. Our children and their spouses arrived on 18Jul. This was our second stay at the Lotti---and as usual, it was wonderful. We had a few problems with our room when we first arrived but the staff solved the problems within 30 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was lovely (actually all three rooms were excellent), the location of the hotel is fantastic, and my wife and I intend to stay at the hotel during any future visits

Tips about Paris
(1) This was our 15th visit to Paris; however---take a Segway Tour of Paris through Fat Tire. Its different and a wonderful way to see the city (it was my 70th birthday present from our children).
(2)Whatever you believe your food costs will be---double or triple the figure
(3) Contrary to popular belief, the French go out of their way to help
(4) If possible, take a day tour to Normandy, the Invasion beachs and the American Cemetery
(5)Don't miss St Chapelle,the Rodin and the Shoah Memorial

Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff, Excellent Location. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lotti. Next time we visit Paris we definetely will stay again at Lotti. Thank you.

We were delighted with this hotel which is a lovely oasis from the bustle of central paris, and very close to beautiful shops, Tuilleries and all amenities. The hotel facilities and food are excellent and the staff friendly helpful and multilingual.

Visit Laduree for beautiful tea cakes and macaroons in the rue Royale.

Very nice renovated, room big enough for the whole family. Breakfast Stuff was sometimes not so considerate and friendly. For french cuisine, the breakfast was ok.

The hotel is in a great location- right near the Louvre and we were able to walk to all other attractions, as well, such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. My only complaint is that the maid service comes into the room while you are gone to clean even if you put the "do not disturb" sign on your door. Paris is wonderful- it's my favorite city! You'll love it.

Tips about Paris
The cab from the Charles De Gaulle Airport to this part of the city is about $65 Euro, so be prepared for that. Also, a good tip to know in Paris Restaurants is that the tip is generally already included in the price- you'll see "prix fixe" toward the bottom of the check. You do not need to leave a separate tip from the price on the check. Paris is very expensive in general, know the price of everything before you order it- for example we paid $8 Euro for a glass of coke which is about $12 USD!

Excellent location near Tuileries and Place Vendome. Easy access to metro. Upgraded room to deluxe was well worth the money.

Very good value for the location, all the other hotels in the same block are at least 100 euros more. That's because the hotel is a bit aged. The staff is not very well trained but very willing and pleasant. At 315 euros for a double executive room, compared to 470 for the tiniest room at the Meurice right around the corner, the actual comfort and amenities in the room were superior to the Meurice, even though the lobby area is less flashy and gold and the general style more simple.

The shower thermostat was broken and despite reporting it twice was not fixed during our stay. Otherwise the staff wer helpful.
