This was our second visit to Hotel Lotti and, as always, we love the location, the rooms are large, comfortable and quite clean. However, I will say we saw a tremendous difference in the staff. While the young woman checking us in was quite pleasant and welcoming, that was the last person that was. The doormen were rarely at the door, quite unfriendly, and less than helpful. On checkout, we were never asked if we enjoyed our stay or thanked for staying with the Lotti.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You can do almost everything without car. It´s very close to famous and interesting things. The build´is very nice and it´s very confortable as weel.

Hôtel sympa très bien situé entre la Rue de Rivoli et la Place Vendôme. Avons été surclassé de chambre de luxe vers junior suite car la chambre de luxe que j'avais demandé par mail n'était pas disponible. Petits déjeuners au prix exorbitant.

Hôtel très sympa, mais nous avons voulu regarder un film à la commande mais cela n'a jamais fonctionné. Dommage pour un tel hôtel. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Perfectly positioned for the Louvre. Fantastic staff and Beautiful decor. Restaurant food was top quality but atmosphere and decor in the restaurant itself (particularly the small breakfast area which ajoins the restaurant) could be improved to better reflect prices and quality of cuisine.
A lovely experience.

Use the riverboat taxis - the best way to see paris and really fun for the kids.

Location is very nice with easy access to any place in Paris. Confortable room at reasonable rate. Takes a time for check-in and out.

Excellent location, got what we wanted. Quiet rooms in fun and busy area, rooms next to eachother. Friendly staff. Everything five star is just next door or around the corner, shopping,chocolate, culture, movie locations, park for early jogging. Excellent concierge!
