Comments about the hotel
It`s nearly completed renovate (I stayed the second time there). Well done. We had room no.52, I think it is one of the bigger rooms, very nice to the small street and no vis-à-vis, so very light. Walls thin. Breakfast good. Great location, you are in Marais, 2 min to Place des Vosges, Metro, you can walk to the Louvre or Notre Dame. Nice restaurants around.
Tips about Paris
3 nice restaurants in Rue Paul Bert(one fish). From Bastille direction Place Nation.

Nice, cosy hotel. Small room with a tiny bathroom, but nice all in all. Very kind room service with morning tray.
Tips about Paris
Don't miss "Café des Musées", 49 rue de Turenne. Excellent restaurant, available prices.

Charming hotel with welcoming staff in great neighborhood.
Inexpensive access to wifi.
Surprised that room was a nice size and had small closet/cupboard for our clothes.
They helped us book an economical ride to the airport which was necessary as we were traveling with ski gear!
Only comment about the hotel, thin walls, easy to hear neighbors and might be noisy in the summertime if on the lower floors given the nightlife immediately near the hotel.
Tips about Paris
Loved the Marais neighborhood.
Walking distance to so much and if tired then mass transit works great.

Nice atmosphere to this hotel, quiet location and very central. Breakfast is a good deal in comparison to places in the area but walls are paper thin. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Tips about Paris
Food more reasonably priced around the Pompidou Centre. Batubus day ticket allows visitors to get on/off at every stop with a boat every 30 mins, Jewish quarter lively with plenty of eateries.

Great location, very close to metro....staff very friendly, hotel small and comfy enough for a nights rest....a little noisy when people are coming and going from their rooms but not a problem....definately would stay again and would recommend it....

Very good location just off the Place de Vosges and easy access to Il de la Cite.

Best Falafal just a short walk... and the Picasso Museum.

The staff is particularly friendly. An American who makes the smallest attempt at French is well encouraged. The hotel is excellent all the way around: value, comfort, cleanliness, services and staff.
Tips about Paris
Don't miss Sephora at the Franklin D. Roosevelt. Nor the Musee Rodin at the Varenne metro exit. The Musee Picasso in the fourth arrondissement is very pretty providing for an excellent art viewing experience.

Comments about the hotel
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights and we were both enthusiast with this amazing hotel. Our room was #61, on the last floor. It was BIG and very clean (they came to do our room every single day) and it was so pretty! Very bohemian, it seemed to stay in a movie!
The location was perfect, just 2 mins aways from the St. Paul metro, in a quiet street near a place full of restaurant (but the one we tried was VERY expensive).
We had a late flight both arriving and leaving.

Comments about the hotel
My cousin recommended this hotel and it was very nice. A short walk from the St. Paul Metro stop; the staff speaks English, it is quiet at night, and the Marais is a wonderful place to walk around in. Also several excellent restaurants where you get great 3 course meals for 20-30 Euros.
Tips about Paris
I found Paris much more accessible to tourists than when I was last here in the 60s. The Louvre has good signs now, galleries well it and laid out, and in general Parisiens are not as snobby as they seemed to be on my earlier visit. The Metro is very clean, safe, and easy to use. So go visit!

Comments about the hotel
We had a terrific stay at this hotel! It is so pleasant, and very clean. The staff are very nice and most spoke English, which we found helpful. You have easy access to the Marais and even Ile St Louis is a pretty short walk. My one small complaint - we had a lot of street noise since our room faced a busier street. But, this hotel is a great value!

Breakfastroom was twice completely full at the time we wanted breakfast. Quality of breakfast is ok-ish but around the corner for 2 euro more you get fresh orange juice.
