This hotel was very clean with extremely helpful staff. It was a fairly short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to Metro stations to easily access other parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Comments about the hotel
I booked this hotel 1 week before New Year's for my family. The hotel was excellent, especially the staff. Everyone we encountered was smiling, friendly and very helpful. We plan to visit Paris again and will definitly stay here!
Tips about Paris
A beautiful city! Take advantage of the public transportation. The #72 bus has a stop just minutes walking from the hotel and stops at a lot of the main tourist destinations.

Tips about Paris
Le recommander à des amis pour de petits séjours car il est bien situé pour faire de belles sorties et pas loin des bateaux mouches.

Comments about the hotel
This hotel lives up to all their wonderful reviews. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The locate is great with several metro stations close by. The staff could not have been any friendlier. The room was super clean but very small. If we leaned out our window you could see the Eiffel Tower.
Tips about Paris
We found the Metros to be quick and easy. I can not say as much for the RER. The RER was suppose to take us directly to our hotel but due to a previous accident they stopped short of our stop and we had a difficult time figuring out which train to take. On the way back to the airport we took the metro to Notre Dame and connected to the RER. The train was disgusting after New Year's Eve. There was broken glass all over the seats and people had thrown up on the train and no one had cleaned them.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Bernard & Simone were more than willing and available to help us in any way. The map we were provided where the public transportation was marked out by Bernard, was especially helpful. They also made restaurant reservations for us and overall, were so pleasant and kind during our stay. We really liked that the rooms were cleaned well everyday and we enjoyed the full breakfast in the cellar two mornings of our stay.
Tips about Paris
We really enjoyed the lovely and inexpensive dinner cruise provided by Paris En Scene (board by Notre Dame). There are no frills but it was a lovely boat, nice food and exceptional staff. It was a perfect ending to our stay. And we used both the buses (bus #72 from the hotel along the Seine was great) and the metro and we found the transportation easy to navigate. If you have young children, most restaurants do not have high chairs available, so make sure to bring your own.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Took time out to tell us about the majority of tourist attractions and marked them on a map. They even recommended a romantic walk and showed us where it was. (was as nice as they had told us)
I've been to paris 3 times before and if I go again I will definatley be staying in this hotel.
The rooms are a little on the small side by english standards but are quite spacious by Paris standards.
Tips about Paris

Good location....a short walk to the Eiffel tower. The staff was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful! Always with a smile. Rooms are small, but that's normal for Paris! Would recommend to others!! Thanks to the entire staff!!
Tips about Paris
Get the day passes for travel and use the metro and buses. You'll see and experience a lot more than if you take taxi's and save LOTS too!!

We arrived in a group to celebrate a family birthday and we had bought a bottle of champagne and a cake to start the festivities in the hotel - the receptionist made sure that we had an ice-bucket for the champagne and plates for the cake and even shared some with us. The breakfast room is a little small, but the breakfast is very filling and the buffet is very diverse (home made cakes/quiches for breakfast) - and even though the waitress was rushed off her feet, she was still very polite.

They do not have alarm clocks in this hotel. Instead, you may request a wakeup call.
Tips about Paris
This hotel is within easy walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The nearest subway station is the President Kennedy station, not the Ranelach as described by this booking site.

The staff were excellent and really friendly. I liked the hotel; location - particularly proximity to the RER and the river. There is a good bar cafe next door. The breakfasts were really nice. Room was pretty basic.
Tips about Paris
Fantastic city - had been once before but had done Eiffel by day... by night is a must! Was disappointed that major museums were closed on Monday, didn't get to see the Musee D'Orsay!

Comments about the hotel
We were two adults with a six year old child, in a double room... a little crowded but OK. Except for the noise of construction during the day, the room was relatively nice; and the value was excellent. The staff were incredible, and very helpful on nearly everything. Surprsingly, the breakfast was a good value (free for our child), i.e., in stark contrast to expectations.
